Gliffa provides access to digital services and features that become available immediately upon purchase or subscription activation.
Due to the immediate delivery of digital services, all payments made to Gliffa are non-refundable, including subscription fees, one-time charges, renewals, and partially used billing periods.
Refund requests may be considered solely at Gliffa's discretion in cases of duplicate billing or verified technical issues that prevented access to the Service, provided such requests are submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, and access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for unused time.
Gliffa reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with updates posted on this page.
